Hopkins Covered Bridge Farm is a historic home and farm located near Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware. The house was built about 1868, and is a rectangular, two-story, five-bay, single-pile, center-hall passage, frame dwelling with vernacular Gothic style details. It has a rectangular, two-story, three-bay, single pile, center passage, frame ell or wing. Both sections have gable roofs. The front facade has a three-bay, hipped roof porch. Also on the property are a contributing dairy barn designed by Rodney O'Neil (1925, 1936), milk house (1925), and silo (c. 1938–1939).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

St. George's Chapel is a historic Episcopal chapel located near Angola, Sussex County, Delaware on the Indian River Hundred. It was built in 1794, and is a one-story brick structure measuring 42 feet by 32 feet. It has a brick tower at the southwest corner, built in 1955, and features a restored Palladian window. The original furnishings were removed in 1850 and the roof replaced in 1882 with a steep gable roof. The chapel was restored in 1966. It is joined with All Saints Episcopal Church in the Episcopal Parish of All Saints’ Church & St. George's Chapel. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Nassau Valley Vineyards was the first winery in the state of Delaware in the United States, and is currently the largest in the state. When jazz singer Peggy Raley decided to open a winery in Delaware, she first had to get the local state legislature to pass a law allowing wineries in the state. By 1991 she drafted the necessary legislation, and she obtained a license and opened the vineyard in 1993. Until October 2007, when Pizzadili Winery opened, it was the first and only winery in the state. There are eight acres of property at the site, and it caters to the beach-bound tourist traffic in the area.

Indian Mission Church is a historic Methodist church located in Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built in 1921, and is a one-story, wood-frame building covered with clapboard siding and in the Late Gothic Revival style. It features a two-story hipped roof tower and lancet windows. The congregation was organized in 1881 from the Harmony Church after the strongly Native American families of the Nanticoke community separated after the hiring of an African American minister.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Norwood House is a historic home located near Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built about 1850, and is two-story, three-bay, single-pile, frame house. It has a rectangular plan and sits on a brick foundation. The house is sheathed in weatherboard with cornerboards and has a shingled gable roof. A single story section extends down the entire length of the rear of the house and there is an earlier one-story section located on the north rear. Also on the property is a contributing privy. It is a virtually unaltered survivor of Belltown, a 19th-century "free colored" community.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Delaware Coast Line Railway passed through Nassau on its way to its customer in Lewes, SPI Pharma, and maintained a run-around track in Nassau to facilitate the moves to SPI Pharma, the locomotive using the run-around to then continue pushing the consist of tankcars and/or covered hoppers over the trackage between Nassau and Lewes to the end-of-track for the Lewes Branch at SPI Pharma, just outside the main entrance to Cape Henlopen State Park. The last train run was in 2017. The ROW is now a bike and pedestrian trail.
