The William and Mordecai Evans House, also known as the Evans Log & Stone House, is an historic, American home that is located in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

Parker's Ford, also known as Old Parkerford, is a national historic district located in East Vincent Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 5 contributing buildings, 3 contributing site, and 1 contributing structure. The buildings are a tavern (1766), stable building, and three houses. It was the site of a grist mill and sawmill by 1720.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Linfield Road crosses the Schuylkill River to Linfield, an unincorporated village in Limerick Township, Montgomery County.

Pennhurst State School and Hospital, originally known as the Eastern Pennsylvania State Institution for the Feeble-Minded and Epileptic was a state-run institution for mentally and physically disabled individuals of Southeastern Pennsylvania located in Spring City. After 79 years of controversy, it closed on December 9, 1987.

The Limerick Generating Station is a nuclear power plant in Pennsylvania located next to the Schuylkill River in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, northwest of Philadelphia. The facility has two General Electric boiling water reactor (BWR) units, cooled by natural draft cooling towers. According to its owner, Constellation Energy, the two units are capable of producing 2,317 megawatts of power, which combined would provide electricity to around 2 million households. Constellation owns and operates this facility following their separation from Exelon Corporation in 2022. With the exception of refueling outages, Limerick Generating Station continuously operates at 100% power. The plant is connected to the grid, and transmits power, via multiple 500kv transmission lines. Limerick is a black start plant, meaning it doesn't require grid power for stator excitation. For critical standby power, Limerick depends on eight Fairbanks Morse 38 8-1/8 diesel engine generator sets that each deliver 3000 kilowatts of power and are capable of achieving rated speed within ten seconds of start. The cooling towers for the Limerick Generating Station can be seen for miles away in parts of Montgomery, Chester, and Berks counties.

The Philadelphia Premium Outlets is a 553,000-square-foot (51,400 m2) open-air outlet mall located in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, 35 miles northwest of Philadelphia. It is located off an interchange of U.S. Route 422 near the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. It is owned by the Premium Outlets division of Simon Property Group.

Fricks Locks Historic District or more simply Frick's Lock is an abandoned village, along the also abandoned Schuylkill Canal, in the northeast portion of East Coventry Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. This 18th-century village outlasted the canal, being abandoned in the late 20th century with the construction of the adjacent Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. The village on about 18 acres of land were listed as a historic district by the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. Frick's Locks is considered a modern ghost town and, although private property, attracts visitors.

The Rhoad's Meetinghouse, formerly the home of the Vincent Mennonite Church, is located in East Vincent Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The historic church building now houses a law firm.

Heritage Field (IATA: PTW, ICAO: KPTW, FAA LID: PTW) is a public use airport in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located three nautical miles (6 km) east of Pottstown, in Limerick Township. The airport is privately owned by Limerick Aviation LP.Previously known as Pottstown Limerick Airport, the airport was sold in 2009 by its former owner, the Exelon Generation Company, which also owns the nearby Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. It is now referred as Heritage Field on the local UNICOM. This is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems for 2011–2015, which categorized it as a general aviation reliever airport.

River Bend Farm is a historic farm located in East Coventry Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania in a bend of the Schuylkill River near Pottstown. The farm house is a good example of early Chester County construction techniques, being built with stuccoed stone walls and pegged rafters. The farm was owned, but not lived in, by Michael Hillegas, the first Treasurer of the United States. It was also owned by members of the Joshua family political dynasty.The farm was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Continental Stove Works, also known as the Buckwalter Stove Company, is a historic factory complex and national historic district located at Royersford, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It consists of 16 contributing buildings and one structure. The complex was built in two sections: between 1876 and 1924 and 1898 and 1908, some of which are interconnected. They are generally built of brick with stone foundations. One of the oldest buildings was built in 1876-1877, and is a 5 1/2-story, brick warehouse measuring 50 feet wide and 96 feet long. Another was also built in 1876-1877, and is a two-story brick building measuring 39 feet by 50 feet. The office building was also originally built in 1876-1877, and subsequently expanded to its present three-story size by 1923. The complex housed a number of regionally important producers of stoves during the late-19th and early-20th century. After the regional stove manufacturing industry collapsed during the Great Depression, the complex was occupied by a number of warehouses.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Spring City station was a former train station in the borough of Spring City, Pennsylvania. It served as a station for the Pennsylvania Railroad. It was demolished in 1982.
