Deokso Station is a train station on the Gyeongui–Jungang Line, South Korea. It was the eastern terminus of the Jungang Line commuter rail system prior to the opening of Paldang Station, and some trains still travel up to this station, before heading back to Yongsan. Deokso Station is located in Deokso, a town east of Seoul and on the north bank of the Han River.

It was established for the rowing and canoeing competition during the 1986 Asian Games and the 1988 Olympics. The place has a 4.4 million square meters in total, the lake area of which covers 2,212 m in length, 140m in width and depth 3m. The area was originally a small island surrounded by sand which made its scenery as beautiful as if it were waving, so was named "Misa-ri" (sand waving) in Korean.

Namyangju

Namyangju (Korean pronunciation: [na.mjaŋ.dzu]) is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. To the east is Gapyeong County, to the west is Guri City, and to the north is Pocheon City. Namyangju-si was originally a southern part of Yangju-gun, but was separated into Namyangju-gun in April 1980. In 1995, Migeum-si and Namyangju-gun were merged to form an urban and rural complex. The city hall is located in Geumgok-dong and Dasan-dong, and the administrative districts are 6-eup, 3-myeon, and 7-dong.
