Doksan station

Doksan-dong is a dong, neighbourhood of Geumcheon-gu in Seoul, South Korea.

Geumcheon-gu Office Station, formerly known as Siheung Station, is a station on the Line 1 of the Seoul Subway, as well as the Gyeongbu Line. Commuter rail trains on Line 1 travel southwards from here to Anyang, Suwon, Pyeongtaek and Cheonan Stations via the Gyeongbu Line. In addition, a spur line (also a part of Line 1) between this station and Gwangmyeong Station on the KTX serves to link high-speed trains and commuter rail. The name of the station was changed from Siheung to its current name on December 29, 2008. The main reason for the change was because of the confusion with Siheung, a city located southwest of here.

Cybermed Inc. (Korean: 사이버메드), located in Seoul, South Korea, has been active in the field of 3D image processing and dental software since its conception in 1998. Its U.S. counterpart, OnDemand3D Technology Inc., is currently headquartered in Irvine, California.

Gasan Digital Complex Station is on Gyeongbu Line, Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 7. Its former name is Garibong Station.

Geumcheon District (Geumcheon-gu) is one of the 25 gu (districts) of Seoul, South Korea. It was created from southern parts of Guro-gu and tiny sections from Gwangmyeong in 1995. Its district office is located in front of Siheung Station, now Geumcheon-gu Office Station, in Siheung-dong. Geumcheon-gu is located in the southwest corner of the city, south of the Han River. It is bordered on the west by the Anyang River, and partially on the east by Gwanak Mountain, a dominating part of Seoul's southern skyline. Many technology companies are housed in Geumcheon-gu and several large headquarters are located here, albeit the income level of Seoulites here is lower than average. The Gyeongbu railway from Seoul Station to Busan station passes through, as well as Seoul Subway Lines 1 and 7. The mayor of this district has been Cha Sung-su (차성수) since July 2010.

Namguro Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 7. The station was named because this station is located in the southern part of the Guro neighborhood. Namguro Station opened on February 29, 2000. In the vicinity of Namguro Station, there are Guro General Social Welfare Center, Garibong-dong Residents Center and Guro 2/4 Residents Center.

Guro Digital Complex Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2. This station will also become a station on the Sin Ansan Line in the future. The area nearby was used as a filming location for several Korean films, including The Yellow Sea by Na Hong-jin.When the Shinansan Line opens in the future, it will be a transfer station. The station is located at the intersection of Guro-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Dongjak-gu and Gwanak-gu, and in 2009, Guro Digital Complex Station was selected as the bus stop in Seoul with the largest number of bus users.

Cheolsan Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 7. It is one of the three metro stations in the suburban city of Gwangmyeong.

Gwangmyeong (Korean pronunciation: [ˈkwaŋ.mjʌŋ]; Korean: 광명시) is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It borders Seoul to the east, north and northeast, Anyang to the southeast, Siheung to the southwest, and Bucheon to the northeast. Gwangmyeong is home to one of the world's largest IKEA stores at 59,000 square meters (640,000 square feet), along with a large Costco store and a Lotte Premium Outlet.

Daerim (Guro-gu Office) Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2 and Line 7. The station is located just south of the Han River in Yeongdeungpo-gu. The Line 2 station is elevated, while the Line 7 station is underground.

Guro District (Guro-gu) is a district of Seoul, South Korea, which was separated from Yeongdeungpo District on April 1, 1980. Located in the southwestern part of the city, where besides Yangcheon District and Geumcheon District Guro District has an important position as a transport link which contains railroads, land routes from the rest of Seoul to the south of the country. The Gyeongbu and Gyeongin railway lines connect Seoul to Busan and Incheon. In addition, Seoul Metropolitan Subway lines 1, 2, and 7, and major highways intersect in Guro District. The name Guro originates from the legend that nine (Korean: gu) old men (Korean: ro) enjoyed longevity in the district. A digital industrial complex is located in Guro District. The Guro Digital Industrial Complex, which played a leading industrial role mainly with textile manufacturing, dressmaking and other labour-intensive industries in 1967, has been rapidly changed into an IT industrial complex. This complex played a pivotal role in the economic growth of the South Korea's development era, referred to as the "Miracle on the Han River", and also contributed 10 percent of national export in the 1970s. Twenty-one percent of the total area of Guro District is a restricted zone to be used as a greenbelt with the only arboretum in Seoul. The zone is changing into a lively district as large labour-intensive factories are moving from the area and the council is developing what it terms its four zones. An "e-government" system based on this hosted the international e-participation forum on February 7–9, 2007, with the participation of more than thirty-seven countries. The forum was launched with the theme "Promoting Democracy and Regional Development" and twenty-five mayors including André Santini (Issy-les-Moulineaux, France), Kevin Foy (Chapel Hill, US), Apirak Kosayothin (Bangkok, Thailand), Uvais Mohamed Emthiyas (Colombo, Sri Lanka), and world experts such as Dr William H. Dutton (Director of Oxford Internet Institute at the University of Oxford, UK) and Dr Ari-Veiko Anttiroiko (professor at the University of Tampere, Finland) participated in the forum. The Guro Declaration, adopted during the forum, aims to set up a portal site for e-government development and to establish a concrete project in order to bridge the digital divide among the world's cities. This practice has been recognised for providing a new important step in the development of e-democracy. The e-participation forum was a key factor for Guro to play the leading role in bridging the digital divide among cities, to provide I.T. enterprises located in Guro Digital Industrial Complex the opportunity to launch into the international market, to improve its image and become a global leader to concrete e-democracy.

Sindaebang Station is a station on Seoul Subway Line 2. A BRT line serving the Nangok district of Sillim-dong will transfer to Line 2 at this station in a few years.
