Wicklow Street

St Andrew's Church is a former parish church of the Church of Ireland that is located in St Andrew's Street, Dublin, Ireland. After ceasing to be a church, it housed the main Dublin tourist office of Fáilte Ireland until 2014, and later underwent redevelopment with a view to reopening as a food hall. Vanessa, former pupil of Dean Swift, is buried at this church.

The Dublin Comedy Cellar is a comedy club in the International Bar on Dublin's South Wicklow Street. It was Ireland's first comedy club and was founded by 'Mr. Trellis' members Irish comedians Ardal O'Hanlon, Barry Murphy and Kevin Gildea. Dermot Carmody later took on a leading role. Many Irish and UK acts started their careers there including Des Bishop, Tommy Tiernan, Dylan Moran and Eddie Izzard.

M.J. O'Neill's is a bar and restaurant in Dublin, Ireland. It occupies 2 Suffolk Street and adjacent buildings, continuing round the corner into Church Lane. From 1875 it was owned by the Hogan Brothers, until M.J. O’Neill bought and renamed the premises in 1927. The part in Church Lane was the site of a printing house, where William Butler published The Volunteers Journal and Irish Herald in 1783, and in 1789 Arthur O’Connor published The Press, supporting Wolfe Tone’s republican views. The corner structure is a four-storey, vaguely of the Arts and Crafts Movement, red-brick and early twentieth century, with Tudor-style projecting bay windows. There is a decorated iron three-dials clock on the Suffolk Street frontage. The building is protected and in a conservation area. The original structure was divided into definite areas: a “cocktail bar” in the corner for the gentry, a public bar off Suffolk Street, and a back bar. The next-door premises in Church Lane have been added, as a carvery, and the interior has been opened up. A small snug, immediately inside the Church Lane entrance, was a venue for the “Fabians” of the early 1960s and for later left-wing students from Trinity College, Dublin.

St. Teresa's Carmelite Church is a Catholic church on Clarendon Street in Dublin, Ireland. Originally accessed via Wicklow Street, there is an additional entrance to the church off Johnson's Court near Grafton Street. The church was originally built between 1793 and 1810, and extensively redeveloped in the late 19th century. It is one of the oldest standing Catholic churches in Dublin, and is included, together with its priory, in the Record of Protected Structures maintained by Dublin City Council.Dedicated to Teresa of Ávila, the church is historically associated with the Discalced Carmelite Order. It was built on lands acquired by John Sweetman, a Dublin-based brewer, in the late 18th century. Daniel O'Connell reputedly held meetings in the church in the early nineteenth century.A statue of The Dead Christ (1829), by sculptor John Hogan, is beneath the church's high altar. Several interior works within the church, including an oratory (completed c. 1882) and altar (1891) are attributed to George Ashlin, with additional developments associated with William Hague and William Henry Byrne. A bronze sculpture on the church's bell tower, by Imogen Stuart, was unveiled in January 2008.

Powerscourt House is the former Dublin townhouse of Viscount Powerscourt and now the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, located on South William Street, Dublin.

Clarendon Street (Irish: Sráid Clarendon) is a street in Dublin, Ireland which stretches from Wicklow Street in the North to Chatham Street in the South and runs parallel to Grafton Street.

West of Grafton Street Ltd. or West Jewellers was a jewellery store which was last located on 33 Grafton Street in Dublin, Ireland before it closed in 2010. It was considered the oldest European jewellery store and one of the oldest companies in Ireland.

The Andrews Lane Theatre, later the ALT niteclub, was situated on St. Andrew's Lane, near Dame Street, Dublin. It had two performance areas; an auditorium with 220 seats, and an 80-seat studio. The venue became a niteclub before it became disused, and demolished, and replaced with a hotel.

The owners of the furrier's shop J. M. Barnardo & Son in Dublin, Ireland, founded in 1812, already claimed the title of "oldest family of furriers in the world" in 1994.

College Green (Irish: Faiche an Choláiste) is a three-sided plaza in the centre of Dublin, Ireland. On its northern side is the Bank of Ireland building, which until 1800 was Ireland's Parliament House. To its east stands Trinity College Dublin. To its south stands a series of 19th-century buildings that are mostly banks. Streets leading onto College Green are Dame Street to the west, Grafton Street to the south, and Westmoreland Street to the north. College Green has been used as an assembly point for major political rallies. In the mid-1990s, United States President Bill Clinton addressed a crowd during his visit to Ireland. President Barack Obama also spoke at the site in a major address during his visit in May 2011.

Foster Place is a Georgian street in Dublin, Ireland laid out by the Wide Streets Commissioners in the 1780s to coincide with the new western wing and extension of Parliament House and a new entrance for the House of Commons. It replaced a narrow lane named Turnstile Alley which had been in the same location and connected at the rear of Parliament house to Parliament Row and ultimately to Fleet Street. The lane was also intersected to its west by Blackmore Yard which connected with Anglesea Street and extended to Cope Street. This was later blocked off entirely in the early 19th century. As of 2025, the street is a cul-de-sac and connects only with Dame Street and College Green.
