The Camelot Hotel/Casino was a proposed hotel and casino that was to be built in the early 1980s in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The site of the proposed project was located in the marina district, adjacent to Harrahs Resort, and was to consist of 990 hotel rooms and a 60,000 sq ft casino. Entertainer Merv Griffin was appointed as entertainment director of the company and planned to broadcast his television show from the hotel. However, because of financial, political and legal difficulties, construction of the hotel/casino was never completed and a casino license was never issued.

WWFP (90.5 FM) is a non-commercial Christian radio station based in Brigantine, New Jersey. It is owned by Hope Christian Church of Marlton, Inc.. It serves the general Atlantic City metro area. The station's main transmitter is located atop the Golden Nugget casino and hotel in Atlantic City.

Golden Nugget Atlantic City is a hotel, casino, and marina located in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Having been opened in 1985 as Trump's Castle, it was renamed Trump Marina in 1997. Landry's, Inc. purchased the casino from Trump Entertainment Resorts in February 2011, and the sale was approved in late May. Landry's took control of the property on May 23, 2011 and renamed it the Golden Nugget Atlantic City.

The Brigantine Bridge is a vehicular bridge over Absecon Inlet in Atlantic County, New Jersey. It is located just west of the Atlantic Ocean in Atlantic City and the resort community of Brigantine, providing the only road access to Brigantine Island. It is owned and operated by the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). The bridge carries New Jersey Route 87, which then becomes County Route 638 (Brigantine Boulevard) at its northern end. At its southern end it connects with the Atlantic City–Brigantine Connector.

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is a hotel, casino, and spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It is owned by Vici Properties and operated by MGM Resorts International. The casino hotel features 2,798 rooms and is the largest hotel in New Jersey. Borgata opened in July 2003 and is the top-grossing casino in Atlantic City.

Absecon Inlet is a narrow strait on the southeastern coast of New Jersey, United States.

The Jersey-Atlantic Wind Farm in Atlantic City, New Jersey is the first coastal wind farm in the United States and the first wind farm in New Jersey. It became operational in March 2006 and consists of five 1.5 MW turbines built by General Electric. Each wind turbine reaches a height of 380 feet (120 m).The wind farm is located onshore at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) Wastewater Treatment Plant on U.S. Route 30 and is visible from highways approaching Atlantic City. The treatment plant uses approximately 50% of the wind-generated capacity from the wind turbines, providing about 60% of the wastewater plant's electricity needs, with the remaining energy being provided to the main power grid for resale as premium renewable electricity.

WFPG (96.9 FM) is a commercial radio station in Atlantic City, New Jersey, known as "Lite 96.9 WFPG" It is owned by Townsquare Media and broadcasts an adult contemporary radio format, switching to Christmas music for much of November and December. The radio studios and offices are on Tilton Road in Northfield, New Jersey. WFPG has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 50,000 watts, the current maximum for most FM stations in the Northeast. The transmitter is on Riverside Street, near Absecon Boulevard (U.S. Route 30) in Atlantic City. WFPG signal reaches 11 counties in South and Central New Jersey, plus parts of Pennsylvania and Delaware.

WPUR (107.3 FM) is a country music formatted radio station in Atlantic City, New Jersey. WPUR is more commonly known as "Cat Country 107.3". Its transmitter is located in Atlantic City, while studios are in Northfield, New Jersey.

The Northside was a historically African American neighborhood confined within an area of around one mile in the west side of Atlantic City. It was a neighborhood subject to the racial discrimination tactic of redlining, where investors did not invest in an area due to its demographics and prevented buildup of generational wealth. This led to many businesses and housing complexes being built by the government and wealthy black investors in the area, such as Leroy "Pop" Williams. At its height, the Northside was a bustling neighborhood with many businesses located on Baltic and Mediterranean avenues. The Missouri Avenue Beach, nicknamed "Chicken Bone Beach" and Club Harlem were two of the most iconic attractions in the District. With the construction of the Stanley Holmes Village and other projects, more and more historic apartments were demolished.

WAYV (95.1 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station located in Atlantic City, New Jersey, owned by iHeartMedia. It airs a contemporary hit radio format. The stations studio is located at the Bayport One complex in West Atlantic City, and its transmitter is located north of Atlantic City.

The Paradise Club or Club Paradise was a nightclub and jazz club at 220 North Illinois Avenue in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It was one of two major black jazz clubs in Atlantic City during its heyday from the 1920s through 1950s, the other being Club Harlem. Entertaining a predominantly white clientele, it was known for its raucous floor shows featuring gyrating black dancers accompanied by high-energy jazz bands led by the likes of Count Basie, Jimmie Lunceford, and Lucky Millinder. In 1954 the Paradise Club merged with Club Harlem under joint ownership.
