Calabogie Lake ( KAL-ə-BOH-ghee) is a reservoir lake in the municipality of Greater Madawaska, Renfrew County, in Eastern Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Saint Lawrence River drainage basin, and is located on the Madawaska River system, in the geographic townships of Bagot and Blythfield. The original natural lake expanded to its current dimensions upon the completion of the Calabogie Station dam and generating station (now owned and operated by Ontario Power Generation) during World War I. The communities of Calabogie, Grassy Bay and Barryvale are on the lake. Renfrew County Road 511 crosses the lake in Calabogie near the river mouth, and Renfrew County Road 508 runs along the northwest shore.

Mud Lake (French: lac Mud) is a lake in Greater Madawaska, Renfrew County in Eastern Ontario, Canada. It is in geographic Blithfield Township, and is part of the Saint Lawrence River drainage basin. The lake has no inflows. The primary outflow is an unnamed creek at the north, which flows via the Madawaska River, and the Ottawa River to the Saint Lawrence River.

Greater Madawaska is an incorporated township in Renfrew County in eastern Ontario, Canada, created on January 1, 2001, through the amalgamation of the Township of Bagot and Blythfield; the Township of Brougham; and the Township of Griffith and Matawatchan. As of 2011, it has a population of 2,518.

Stoughtons Creek is a stream in Greater Madawaska, Renfrew County in Eastern Ontario, Canada. The creek is in the Saint Lawrence River drainage basin. The creek begins at Bagot Long Lake and flows northwest to Dempseys Lake. It then heads west and reaches its mouth at the northeast of Calabogie Lake. Calabogie Lake flows via the Madawaska River and the Ottawa River to the Saint Lawrence River.

Calabogie Motorsports Park is the longest road course in Canada, at 5.050 km (3.138 mi), located 4-kilometre (2.5 mi) east of the community of Calabogie in the township of Greater Madawaska, Ontario, Canada. It hosts regional road racing and is the main circuit in the Ottawa metropolitan area.

Renfrew/Hurds Lake Water Aerodrome (TC LID: CNL6) is located 3 nautical miles (5.6 km; 3.5 mi) south of Renfrew, Ontario, Canada.

MyFM Centre Recreation Complex is a sports facility located in Renfrew, Ontario. The main arena is the home of the Renfrew Wolves of the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL). The facility holds two arenas, a gymnasium, a swimming pool, a fitness centre as well as four community rooms for special events. The building was constructed in 1988 and the main arena has a capacity of 1,600 people, or 1,200 for a non-hockey event. The main arena underwent significant renovations in the years leading up to the Wolves' arrival, with the project ultimately going significantly over budget and becoming the subject of controversy and investigations.

Renfrew Collegiate Institute (RCI) is a secondary school in the town of Renfrew, Ontario, and is part of the Renfrew County District School Board. Located at 184 Bonnechere Street, South Renfrew Collegiate Institute is one of two high schools in Renfrew. In 2015, Renfrew Collegiate Institute ranked 558 in Ontario Secondary Schools, according to Fraser Institute. Feeder schools include Queen Elizabeth Public School, Central Public School, and Admaston Township Public School.

CHMY-FM is the call sign of an English-language radio station located in Renfrew, Ontario on the FM dial at 96.1 MHz. Owned by My Broadcasting Corporation, the station airs an adult contemporary format branded as 96.1 myFM, and is the company's flagship station. The station was licensed by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission in 2004.The station also has a rebroadcast transmitter in Arnprior (CHMY-FM-1), that originally operated on 104.7 FM. That transmitter was certified by Industry Canada Spectrum Management to move to 107.7 FM in 2007, due to potential broadcast interference from the FM conversion of CJRC in Gatineau. The switch in frequency took place in the spring of 2007. In October 2008, power was increased on CHMY-FM-1, and the transmitter site was relocated from the Arnprior water tower to the Glentel site at Mount Pakenham. On April 2, 2014, the CRTC approved My Broadcasting's application for a new English-language station in Arnprior, which will operate at 107.7 MHz, replacing rebroadcaster CHMY-FM-1 at that frequency. On the same date, the CRTC denied My Broadcasting's application for a new station in Carleton Place, which would have broadcast at 97.5 MHz.On October 28, 2010, My Broadcasting applied to increase the effected radiated power for CHMY-FM; this application was approved on January 12, 2011.In 2016, CHMY-FM-1 Arnprior dropped simulcast with CHMY-FM Renfrew, to operate as a full-time radio station at 107.7 FM in Arnprior. CHMY-FM-1 changed to CIMI-FM then changed to CFMP-FM.

CFMP-FM (107.7 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station in Arnprior, Ontario. It broadcasts a classic hits format branded as Oldies 107.7. The station is owned & operated by My Broadcasting Corporation.

Renfrew is a town on the Bonnechere River in Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada. Located one hour west of Ottawa in Eastern Ontario, Renfrew is the fourth largest town in the county after Petawawa, Pembroke and Arnprior. The town is a small transportation hub connecting Highway 60 and Highway 132 with the Trans-Canada Highway. Renfrew is also known historically for its role in the formation of the National Hockey League. It lies about 5 kilometres from the Quebec border, about 10 kilometres by road. Renfrew makes most of Canada’s hockey tape.
