Patchogue, New York

Patchogue is a station of the Montauk Branch of the Long Island Rail Road in the village of Patchogue, New York. It is on Division Street between West Avenue (Suffolk County Road 19) and South Ocean Avenue. The station is located in the Patchogue-Medford Union Free School District. Ferries to Fire Island board from a port near the station.

Patchogue United Methodist Church is a historic United Methodist church at the southwest corner of South Ocean Avenue and Church Street in Patchogue, New York. The official address is 10 Church Street. It was built in 1889, although the Methodists originally shared a church building with the Congregationalists between 1793 and 1832. The existing church building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Briarcliffe College - Patchogue was a campus of Briarcliffe College located in Patchogue, New York, on the south shore of Long Island in Suffolk County. It offered associate and bachelor degree coursework, covering areas including accounting, business administration, criminal justice, computer programming, graphic design, word processing and office technologies. The campus permanently closed in 2018.

The Patchogue Theatre as a full-time mixed-use venue, offering a variety of events including live performances, films, educational presentations, commercial productions, community forums, and other appropriate events.

Congregational Church of Patchogue is a historic church at 95 East Main Street in Patchogue, New York. Though the current church building was built in 1892, the church itself dates back to 1793 in a small building, approximately 25 by 20 feet, that was shared with some local Methodists. Even after constructing a new building in 1820, the Congregationalists and Methodists shared the church building until 1832. A third location for the Congregationalists was built on the corner of Lake Street and North Ocean Avenue in 1854. The fourth and present building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

Blue Point Brewing Company is a brewery that is a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev located on Long Island, in Patchogue, New York. The brewery offers a variety of year-round beers, and several seasonal brews, as well as a 'tasting room' which is open to the public on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The brewery hosts an annual Cask Ale Festival, concerts and other events in the brew yard.

The U.S. Post Office in Patchogue, New York is located at 170 East Main Street in the Suffolk County village. It serves the ZIP Code 11772, covering the entire Village of Patchogue, as well as the hamlets of North Patchogue and East Patchogue. Patchogue Post Office was built 1930 to the designs by architect John Vredenburgh Van Pelt of Van Pelt, Hardy & Goubert, and combines Art Deco & Classical Revival architecture. The front building facade is boldly scaled in limestone, and is highlighted with relief sculpture and large monumental windows with decorative aluminum grillage. A matching analog clock sites over the front entrance doors. The rest of the building is made primarily of brick. Long Island-based stamp collectors have often considered the Patchogue Post Office to be one of several sources for stamps with obscure denominations. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 11, 1989. Three other post office buildings in Suffolk County were listed on the NRHP on the same day, but neither of them were designed by the same architect, nor were they designed in the same style as the one in Patchogue. In 2005, the United States Congress enacted legislation renaming the building the Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy Post Office Building, commemorating the heroism of Medal of Honor recipient Michael P. Murphy.

St. Paul's Episcopal Church Complex is a historic church on Rider Avenue at the intersection of Terry Street in Patchogue, New York. Though the official address is listed as being at 31 Rider Avenue, the actual church is located between two houses owned by the church, the southernmost of which is actually located at 31 Rider Avenue.It was built in 1883 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

Seton Hall High School was located on 155 West Roe Boulevard in Patchogue, New York. Prior to 1952, the school was situated in bungalows on South Ocean Avenue. It opened in September 1937 and was closed in June 1974. Seton Hall was one of very few co-educational Catholic High Schools on Long Island, New York. The team mascot was the Eagle. The school motto was "Esse quam videri" meaning "To be, rather than to seem (to be)" and it appeared on the class rings of the school. The former campus is now home to St. Joseph's College.

Sandspit Park Beach & Marina is located on the Patchogue River in the Village of Patchogue in Suffolk County, New York. Sandspit is on Brightwood Street off Ceder Ave directly south of the Patchogue Long Island Rail Road Station. Sandspit is home to the Patchogue and Davis Park Ferry terminal to the Atlantic Ocean Beach and bayfront communities of Davis Park, Leja Beach/Ocean Ridge. The Park & Marina offer Long Island Bay and riverside views, with shaded park benches and restrooms. There is a large parking lot which is free for Brookhaven residents. Non-residents must pay a parking fee. In the summer season this park facility may reach full parking capacity;, however, many recreationalists and visitors alike can find ample parking on the village side streets. This Long Island Village park and marina has a small Bay beach area, and there is a private river-front restaurant at the corner of the Patchogue River and Brightwood Street called On the Waterfront. There is a fenced-in playground, a fishing pier on the southeast section of the park, a fairly large village Marina.
