Old Quebec Street Shoppes & Office Suites is a commercial mixed use building located on Wyndham Street North in downtown Guelph, Ontario, Canada. The main entrance faces the intersection of Quebec Street and Wyndham Street at St. Georges Square. Old Quebec Street Shoppes stands where Quebec Street originally extended east of Wyndham Street. The back entrance of the building leads out onto Woolwich Street next to the Sleeman Centre.

Old City Hall is a historic building and a National Historic Site of Canada in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, which until April 2009 served as the headquarters of the city government. The building is now used as the Provincial Offences Courthouse, which handles matters such as traffic tickets, trespassing and liquor license violations.

The Guelph Memorial Gardens was an arena located in Guelph, Ontario. It was originally built in 1948 out of the remnants of a nineteenth-century building that had housed the Royal Winter Fair. The Gardens hosted various hockey teams over the years, including the Guelph Biltmore Mad Hatters, Guelph Platers and Guelph Storm. The arena has 3,999 seats and around 300 standing room only spots. The last hockey game played at the arena was March 24, 2000 and the building closed permanently in November 2001 with the opening of the Sleeman Centre (Guelph). Demolition of the arena commenced in December 2005. The City of Guelph built a new city hall on the site, which is next door to the former city hall.

The Guelph Civic Museum is a museum of culture and natural history located in Guelph, Ontario. It was established to explore the culture and natural history of Guelph through exhibitions and public programs. In 2012, it opened a new location at 52 Norfolk St., after having previously been located in a three-story building at 6 Dublin Street South.The Guelph Civic Museum showcases Guelph’s history through permanent and changing exhibits, a fun and interactive families gallery, and special events and activities. Located in the recently renovated Loretto Convent, atop the hill at Norfolk Street and beside the landmark Church of Our Lady, the museum is home to a collection of over 30,000 artifacts that bring Guelph’s past to life. Many of the items in the museum have been donated by citizens of the city of Guelph.The museum was closed to the public on June 30, 2011 in preparation for a transition to a new building, and reopened at 52 Norfolk Street in January 2012.

Guelph City Hall is the seat of local government in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Designed by Moriyama & Teshima Architects and completed in 2009, the new City Hall is located adjacent to the historic Old City Hall, which itself is now serving as a Provincial Offences Courthouse. Prior to the construction of the new City Hall, municipal departments had been spread across five different downtown locations. The Guelph Memorial Gardens arena was demolished to make way for the new civic building.The City Hall was built to meet the LEED Silver standard set out by the Canada Green Building Council. As a result, operating costs are 30 to 40 percent lower than that of a similarly sized typical office building.

Guelph Central Station (also known as Guelph Central GO Station) is the main inter-modal transportation terminal in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. It is used by VIA Rail and GO Transit trains, as well as Guelph Transit local buses, GO Transit regional buses and intercity buses. It is located at 79 Carden Street and includes the historic Guelph Railway Station, as well as the site of the former Guelph Bus Terminal.

The Sleeman Centre (formerly the Guelph Sports and Entertainment Centre) is a 4,715 seat multi-purpose facility in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. The Sleeman Centre has hosted concerts, sporting and family events as well as trade shows and conferences. It is home to the Guelph Storm of the major junior Ontario Hockey League. The arena hosted the 2002 Memorial Cup and the 2008 Founders Cup tournament.

Basilica of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception is a Roman Catholic minor basilica and parish church in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. A Gothic Revival style building constructed between 1876 and 1888 by architect Joseph Connolly, it is considered Connolly's best work. The monumental church contains decorative carving and stained glass executed by skilled craftsmen. The church of Our Lady is one of the 122 parishes in the Diocese of Hamilton and currently has 2,600 families in the congregation. In 1990, the church was designated a National Historic Site of Canada. Pope Francis designated the church a basilica on 8 December 2014.

The Guelph Farmers' Market has served as a cultural and commercial anchor in downtown Guelph since the first Market House was built in 1827. After 180 years it is still going strong and remains a popular stop on Saturday mornings for both locals and visitors. The Guelph Farmers' Market's website proclaims "Buy Local - Buy Fresh", reflecting the growing trend to "eat where you live" which is supported by local, national, international organizations and popular opinion.The Farmers Market occupies a single building and surrounding outdoor space, housing approximately 60 vendors in winter, with numbers swelling to over 120 vendors during the summer and early fall. Vendors at the market offer a variety of products and services, including fresh produce, baked goods, crafts, personal care products, clothing, photography and a collection of works by local artists. The venue also plays host to a number of charitable events throughout the year.The market currently stands at the corner of Gordon St and Waterloo Ave in what was previously the show horse barn. It was relocated to this location in 1968.

The River Run Centre is a performing arts centre in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. Construction of the facility began in 1995 and cost $15 million. It officially opened on October 4, 1997.

The Guelph Bus Terminal was the main intercity bus station in Guelph, Ontario until May 13, 2012, when it was replaced by Guelph Central Station. Operators using the terminal included Aboutown, GO Transit and Greyhound. Coach Canada also served the station until early 2010. Guelph Transit local bus services stopped nearby at St. George's Square. The original terminal at 141 MacDonell Street was torn down in 2011 to make way for Guelph Central Station, which would consolidate intercity bus, local bus and railway services into one location. A temporary intercity bus terminal was provided at 17 Wyndham St South during the construction period.
