Spencer Dock

Sheriff Street (Irish: Sráid an tSirriam), known by locals as "Sheriffer" or "The Street", is a street in the north inner city of Dublin, Ireland, lying between East Wall and North Wall and often considered to be part of the North Wall area. It is divided into Sheriff Street Lower (west end) and Sheriff Street Upper (east end).

The Statue of Luke Kelly is a large marble sculpted head of Irish folk singer Luke Kelly. The statue is located at the north end of Linear Park, near the junction of Sheriff Street Upper and Guild Street, Dublin 1.

Docklands Station (Stáisiún Dugthailte) is a terminus railway station serving the Dublin Docklands area in Ireland. It is owned and operated by Iarnród Éireann and planned as part of the Government Transport 21 initiative. The island platform station is one of three termini for the Western Commuter service run by Iarnród Éireann. The others being Dublin Connolly and Dublin Pearse.

The 77th World Science Fiction Convention (Worldcon), also known as Dublin 2019—An Irish Worldcon, was held on 15–19 August 2019 at the Convention Centre, as well as in The Point Square, Dublin, Ireland.The convention chair was James Bacon.

The Convention Centre Dublin (Irish: Ionad Comhdhála, Baile Átha Cliath) is a convention centre in the Dublin Docklands, Ireland. The Convention centre overlooks the River Liffey at Spencer Dock. It was designed by the Irish-born American architect Kevin Roche. Construction started in 1998 and the building opened in 2010. From June 2020 it acted as a temporary location for Dáil Éireann due to the necessity to implement social distancing because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Spencer Dock (Irish: Duga Spencer) is a stop on the Luas light-rail tram system in Dublin, Ireland. It opened in 2009 as one of four stops on an extension of the Red Line through the docklands to The Point. The stop is located on a section of Mayor Street Upper which is closed to other traffic, just next to Central Square. It provides access to many of the developments in the area, including Convention Centre Dublin.It is located c. 200m east of the Spencer Dock Bridge which carries the LUAS over the Royal Canal. Spencer Dock is served by Dublin Bus routes 33D, 33X, 53A, 142, 151, 53A, 90, and 757; and is the closest Luas stop to Docklands railway station, approximately 350m walk away.

Mayor Square is in Dublin, in the Docklands area. The National College of Ireland is based there. Since December 2009, the Mayor Square - NCI Luas stop has been served by the Luas Red Line tram which runs from Tallaght or Saggart to Connolly and the Docklands branch line from Busáras to The Point (3Arena). Dublin Bus serves nearby North Wall Quay with the 33d, 33x, 53a, 90, 142 and 151 bus services, as well as Guild Street with the 757 Airlink service to Dublin Airport.

Mayor Square - NCI (Irish: Cearnóg an Mhéara - CNÉ) is a stop on the Luas light-rail tram system in Dublin, Ireland. It opened in 2009 as one of four stops on an extension of the Red Line through the docklands to The Point. The stop is located in the middle of a tram lane on Mayor Street Lower, adjacent to Mayor Square, and provides access to the National College of Ireland main campus and other parts of the International Financial Services Centre. Mayor Square - NCI is served by Dublin Bus routes 33D, 33X, 53A, 90, 142, 151, and 757.

National College of Ireland (NCI) or Coláiste Náisiúnta na hÉireann (CNÉ) in Irish is a not-for-profit, state-aided third-level education institution in Dublin. It was founded in 1951 as a joint venture between Irish Jesuits and Irish Trade Unions and originally named the Catholic Workers College, Dublin. It is now an autonomous college, offering full and part-time courses from undergraduate to postgraduate level, in areas related to, among others, psychology, finance, business and computing. Samuel Beckett Bridge (Irish: Droichead Samuel Beckett) is a cable-stayed bridge in Dublin, Ireland that joins Sir John Rogerson's Quay on the south side of the River Liffey to Guild Street and North Wall Quay in the Docklands area.

North Wall (Irish: Port Thuaidh) is an area east of the inner north side of Dublin, along the River Liffey. It contains the entire north side of Dublin Docklands and includes the International Financial Services Centre, Spencer Dock, and further east the main part of Dublin Port. The area is dominated by a combination of older housing, dockland activities and new development through the Docklands Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme, including extensive construction of new retail, residential and office spaces. Transport in the area includes the Dublin Area Rapid Transit (Docklands railway station on Sheriff Street), the LUAS (red line stations George's Dock, Mayor Square, Spencer Dock, and The Point, and 8 dublinbikes stations (at Custom House Quay, City Quay, Excise Walk, Lime Street, Guild Street, Convention Centre, New Central Bank, and The Point).

St. Barnabas' Church was a Church of Ireland church on Upper Sherrif Street, East Wall, in Dublin's docklands. It was sometimes called the Mariners Church.
