Elberon is an unincorporated community that is part of Long Branch in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. The area is served as United States Postal Service ZIP code 07740. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population for ZIP Code Tabulation Area 07740 was 31,038.

The Garfield Tea House in Long Branch, New Jersey, is the only remaining structure directly related to President James A. Garfield's final trip to the Jersey Shore. The Garfield Tea House was built from the railroad ties used to lay the emergency track that transported a dying President Garfield from the nearby Elberon train station to the oceanfront cottage where he died 12 days later.

The Church of the Presidents is a former Episcopal chapel on the Jersey Shore where seven United States presidents worshipped. It was visited by presidents Ulysses S. Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes, James A. Garfield, Chester A. Arthur, Benjamin Harrison, William McKinley, and Woodrow Wilson. All except Grant were in office when they paid their visits to the church. For approximately 75 years it was a seasonal summer resort church, located at 1260 Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States, just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean. In 1953 the Episcopal Diocese deconsecrated the church and slated it for demolition. Local preservationists stepped in and in 1955 the old chapel was rededicated as the Long Branch Historical Museum. Today the building is undergoing extensive structural repairs and renovations. It is closed to the public.

The Synagogue of Deal is a Sephardi Orthodox synagogue on Norwood Avenue in Deal, New Jersey, United States. Established in 1973 by the local Syrian Jewish community, it was the first synagogue to be built in Deal.

The Ulysses S. Grant Cottage was the Summer White House of U.S. President Ulysses S. Grant in Elberon, a part of Long Branch, New Jersey. Grant vacationed at the cottage starting in the summer of 1867, and thereafter spent three months of every summer there until 1885. He held cabinet meetings and composed parts of his memoirs at the cottage. The presence of Grant and the cottage helped popularize Elberon as a place for the elite to meet; a status that only faded when the railroad came to town and it became more accessible. The cottage was demolished in 1963 by its then owner, who did not possess the funds necessary to preserve the building. The site is today a grassy field.

District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. From lowest socioeconomic status to highest, the categories are A, B, CD, DE, FG, GH, I and J.

Deal is a borough situated on the Jersey Shore within Monmouth County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The community was settled by Europeans in the mid-1660s and named after an English carpenter from Deal, Kent. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 900, an increase of 150 (+20.0%) from the 2010 census count of 750, which in turn had reflected a decline of 320 (−29.9%) from the 1,070 counted in the 2000 census.Deal is home to a significant population of Orthodox Sephardic Jews, mainly of Syrian origin. As many as 80% of Deal's population are Sephardi Jews, and the year-round population jumps ten-fold to over 6,000 during the summer, many of them Syrian Jews. Then again in 2021, it was ranked as the second-most expensive zip code in New Jersey with a typical home value of $2,141,154 In 2022, Deal was ranked as the most expensive zip code in New Jersey, with homes valued at $2,400,000.

Monmouth Baseball Field is a baseball venue in West Long Branch, New Jersey, United States. It is home to the Monmouth Hawks baseball team of the NCAA Division I Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The facility is located at the southwest corner of the Monmouth campus. It features a natural grass surface and has the following dimensions: 325 ft. (LF), 365 ft. (LCF), 390 ft. (CF), 365 ft. (RCF), 320 ft. (RF).

Shadow Lawn is a historic building on the campus of Monmouth University in West Long Branch, Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. Built in 1927 for Hubert T. Parson, president of the F.W. Woolworth Company, it is one of the last large estate houses to be built before the Great Depression. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1985 for its architecture.

The House at 364 Cedar Avenue was a historic farmhouse at 364 Cedar Avenue in Long Branch, New Jersey. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 1, 1979. The house was demolished c. 2009.
