Hazelwood is a historic home located outside Upper Marlboro, Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. The home is a large asymmetrical frame dwelling, built in three discrete sections over a long period of time. They are: a low gambrel-roofed section dating from the 18th century, about 1770; a gable-roofed Federal-style dwelling dating from the very early 19th century; and a tall gable-front Italianate-style central section constructed about 1860. The house stands on high ground west of and overlooking the site of historic Queen Anne town on the Patuxent River. Also on the property are several domestic and agricultural outbuildings, and the reputed sites of two cemeteries.According to the Federal Direct Tax of 1798, the original section of the house (now the south section) was a 28-foot-square (8.5 m), framed dwelling with a hip roof. The original owner was Thomas Lancaster. Later, it was the home of his nephew's son, Major Thomas Lancaster Lansdale.Hazelwood was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

Queen Anne Bridge is an historic bridge over the Patuxent River near Queen Anne in Prince George's County, Maryland in the United States of America. It is the only surviving example of a Pratt truss bridge with Phoenix sections in the county.Numerous bridges have been built on this site that once served as a main road connecting Anne Arundel County to Prince George's County. The first one was built in 1755 and by 1797 another wood bridge was built by local carpenter Colmor Duvall, only to be destroyed by a flood in June 1804. In 1804, the bridge was immediately rebuilt. The current structure was built about 1890 and was closed after the Anne Arundel span of the bridge collapsed due to an overloaded truck, circa 1960. It remained open for pedestrian use until 2007 and remains standing, though fences now prevent it from even allowing pedestrian use between county park land on both sides of the river.

The Clagett House at Cool Spring Manor is a historic house in Prince George's County, Maryland, built around 1830 by William Digges Clagett on the family's Cool Spring Manor property. Constructed in a style more typical of the Deep South, it is a hip roofed wood frame dwelling standing on a brick foundation.

The James Hamilton House is a historic home located in Bowie, Prince George's County, Maryland, United States. The home was built in the mid-1870s, and is a 2+1⁄2-story gable-roofed frame Late Victorian house with Italianate detail. Outbuildings include a board-and-batten meat house contemporary with the house, a garage constructed in the 1950s, and a large concrete block dairy barn to the east of the house, constructed in the 1960s.The James Hamilton House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Mill Branch of the Patuxent River in Prince George's County, Maryland is part of the Upper Patuxent Watershead.There is record of a Reuben Ross owning a water mill on the Patuxent River, possibly near this branch. He died in 1722.

Indian Range is a historic home at Davidsonville, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. It is a 2+1⁄2-story frame hip-roofed Carpenter Gothic style country "villa" with board and batten siding, steeply pitched cross gables, and tall, chamfered chimneys. It was built about 1852.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Mount Airy is a historic home at Davidsonville, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. It is a two-story, cube-shaped brick Georgian-Federal style, late neo-classical dwelling with a Doric portico on a central hall plan. It was built about 1857 for James Alexis Iglehart, whose children were educated by their French tutor in the family schoolhouse. In addition to the schoolhouse, a mid-19th century frame smokehouse is also on the property.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Davidsonville Historic District is a national historic district at Davidsonville, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. It is located around a rural crossroads at the intersection of Central Avenue (MD 214) and Davidsonville Road (MD 424). The district consists of fifteen properties: three churches, one commercial building, and eleven houses. They represent the period from the village's initial settlement in about 1835 through the early 20th century.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Davidsonville is an unincorporated community in central Anne Arundel County, Maryland, United States. It is a semi-rural community composed mostly of farms and suburban-like developments and is a good example of an "exurb." Davidsonville has relatively little commercial development and no high-density housing. The community is generally not served by public water, sewer or natural gas utilities, so homes generally employ well-and-septic systems. The nominal, if not geographic, center of Davidsonville is the intersection of Maryland routes 424 (Davidsonville Rd.) and 214 (Central Ave.), located at 38.9229°N 76.6284°W / 38.9229; -76.6284. The Davidsonville Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

Prince George's Stadium is a multipurpose sports venue located in unincorporated Prince George's County, Maryland, near Bowie, primarily used for baseball. It is home of the Baltimore Orioles' Double-A affiliated Bowie Baysox in the Eastern League. The stadium is the result of a cooperative venture between Maryland Baseball Limited Partnership and the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, and is built on park property.

The Green Branch of the Patuxent River in Prince George's County, Maryland is part of the Upper Patuxent Watershead. The stream passes centrally through the Governor Bridge Natural Area / Patuxent River Park and joins the Patuxent, just south of Governor's Bridge. The stream cuts a narrow gorge through the Aquia greensand between Crain Highway and its junction with the Patuxent.
