Kemah Boardwalk

The Boardwalk Bullet is a wooden roller coaster at the Kemah Boardwalk amusement park in Kemah, Texas, United States. Opened August 31, 2007, it is the only wooden roller coaster in Greater Houston, and one of only four wooden coasters in Texas. It is a 96-foot-tall (29 m), 3,236-foot-long (986 m) twisted wooden roller coaster designed by The Gravity Group built on a 1-acre (0.40 ha) footprint, making it one of the most compact wooden coasters in the world. The bullet is one of the most popular rides at Kemah Boardwalk.

The lake is a major recreation center and home to one of the largest concentrations of recreational boats and marinas in the nation. The communities surrounding the lake, known collectively as the Clear Lake Area, contain a large base of tourism and high-tech businesses.

El Lago is a city in Harris County, Texas, United States. The population was 3,090 at the 2020 census.El Lago has particular historical significance, as it sits on the site of one of the main hide-outs for the French pirate and privateer Jean Lafitte.

Clear Falls High School is a public high school located in League City, Texas and is part of the Clear Creek Independent School District. The school, which serves grades 9 through 12, had its first graduating class in 2013. The school opened in 2010, and is part of the Educational Village, which is also home to Mossman Elementary and Bayside Intermediate. The school provides education to portions of League City, Pasadena, and the Bacliff CDP and all of Seabrook, El Lago, Taylor Lake Village, Kemah, and Clear Lake Shores.The school's colors are green, black, and silver and the mascot is a Knight.

Endeavour is a 30-story high-rise condominium building in Pasadena, Texas, in southeastern Greater Houston. The building was built in 2008 on the shore of Clear Lake, originally envisioned to be the first of a number of high-rise residential buildings that would be built on the waterfront of the generally low-rise suburban area near the Johnson Space Center. However, damage from Hurricane Ike in late 2008, combined with the property-market downturn of the 2008 financial crisis, led to the developer filing for bankruptcy in May 2009, having sold only 36 of the 80 units. The remaining 44 units were purchased in bankruptcy court in December 2009 by an investment partnership, for $9.5 million plus past-due taxes. The new owners repaired and renovated the building at a cost of $2 million, and relaunched condominium sales in 2010.
