Campbell County, Kentucky

Alexandria is a home rule-class city in Campbell County, Kentucky, in the United States. Along with Newport, it is one of the dual seats of the county. The population was 10,341 at the 2020 census.

Bishop Brossart High School is a private coeducational, Roman Catholic high school located in Alexandria, Kentucky. Brossart was founded in 1950 and is a part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington.

Campbell County High School (CCHS) is a public high school located outside of Alexandria, Kentucky, United States. It is the only high school in the Campbell County School District and the nickname is the "Fighting Camels." It feeds from Campbell County Middle School and the district's five elementary schools: Crossroads Elementary, Campbell Ridge Elementary, Reiley Elementary, Cline Elementary, and Grant's Lick Elementary. The school has several sports programs, including baseball, basketball, and football and soccer as well as a band program, the Band of Pride. CCHS also has wrestling and track & field teams, producing numerous state finishers in their history. Including back to back state champion wrestling teams in 1990 -91 and a top 25 national ranking in 1991. In 2010 the girls track program won their first team state championship.It serves portions of Campbell County, including Alexandria, California, Claryville, Cold Spring, Crestview, Highland Heights, Mentor, and Wilder.

Baumann House, also known as the Martz House, is a historic property located on Four Mile Road in Camp Springs, Kentucky, a rural area of Campbell County, Kentucky. The house was built in c.1852 as part of a settlement of German immigrants. The structure was added to the United States National Register of Historic Places in 1983.It is a two-story three-bay stone house, built c.1852.

Blenke House, on Stonehouse Rd. near Camp Springs, Kentucky, was built in c.1870. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The historic parish church and cemetery are located at 6833 Four Mile Road. The parochial school was located on the adjacent plot at 6829 Four Mile Road. It remains an active parish in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington, and its cemetery is still open for the burial of parish members.

The structure was added to the United States National Register of Historic Places in 1983.It is a 2+1⁄2-story rubble limestone house built into a hillside.

The stone building was constructed by Peter Kort in 1880 as part of a settlement built by German immigrants. The structure was added to the United States National Register of Historic Places in 1983.It was built as a grocery store. It is a 1+1⁄2-story stone commercial store and residence built along a hillside. Its five-bay front faces Four Mile Pike.

Camp Springs is an unincorporated community in Campbell County, Kentucky, United States. It ten miles southeast of Cincinnati, Ohio. During the mid-19th century, the area was settled by German immigrants from the Rhine River wine districts.

Camp Springs House, also known as Herb and Pat's Four Mile Inn and as Camp Springs Inn, is a historic property located on Four Mile Road in Camp Springs, Kentucky, a rural area of Campbell County, Kentucky. Originally built as a stage coach stop and inn, the stone building was constructed as part of a settlement built by German immigrants in the mid-19th century. The structure was added to the United States National Register of Historic Places in 1983.It is an "imposing" three-and-a-half-story stone tavern and residence.Camp Springs House was built in the 1860s for William Uthe by the Ort brothers. It is built of rubble limestone from the creek and surrounding land. It took about 4 years to build. It served as a stagecoach stop, tavern and inn. At one time it also served as a post office for the community. Over the years it has been a gathering place for the community. The 2nd floor once had a dance hall and card room. It was also popular for its beer garden and horseshoe tournaments. In the 1900s there was a ball field, restaurant/bar and pool hall.

St John's Lutheran Cemetery is a historic Lutheran cemetery on Upper Tug Fork Rd. near Alexandria, Kentucky. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.It is the cemetery of the St. John's Lutheran Church, which was established in 1860 and served German Lutherans in both in its Campbell County, Kentucky area and in southern Ohio.The cemetery was deemed "significant as a place of interment for local German Protestants. It also contains a unique instance of German funerary folk art."
