Masonic Hall is a Grade II listed building in Liverpool, England. Used as a lodge for Freemasons since 1857, the building is also used by a theatre company and drama academy. There are plans to open a 130 theatre within the building.

Hope Street in Liverpool, England, stretches from the city's Roman Catholic cathedral, past the Anglican cathedral to Upper Parliament Street and it is the local high street of the Canning Georgian Quarter. It contains various restaurants, hotels and bars and is one of Liverpool's official 'Great Streets' and was also awarded 'The Great Street Award' in the 2012 Urbanism Awards, judging it to be the best street in the country. The road runs parallel to Rodney Street. Together with Gambier Terrace and Rodney Street it forms the Rodney Street conservation area. The years immediately after the Millennium saw the public realm of Hope Street enhanced and the Hope Street area has sometimes been referred to as the Hope Street Quarter. The street is named after William Hope, a merchant whose house stood on the site now occupied by the Philharmonic Hall. Hope Street was voted as the best street in the UK and Ireland by The Academy of Urbanism, who awarded it The Great Street 2013.

The Everyman and Playhouse Youth Theatre is a Liverpool-based stage and drama company for young people in Merseyside. Located at Liverpool's Everyman Theatre, the Youth Theatre is open to teenagers and provides weekly sessions in a wide variety of skills, covering everything from storytelling to stage combat. It gives members the opportunity to act, direct, dance, design, sing, improvise, and work on a range of scripts from Shakespeare to brand-new plays.

The Everyman Theatre stands at the north end of Hope Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, England. It was founded in 1964, in Hope Hall (once a chapel, then a cinema), in an area of Liverpool noted for its bohemian environment and political edge, and quickly built a reputation for ground-breaking work. The Everyman was completely rebuilt between 2011 and 2014.

The Liverpool Medical Institution is a historic medical organisation based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. Its building on the corner of Mount Pleasant and Hope Street was opened in 1837, but the site has been used as a medical library since 1779.

The Wellington Rooms, also known as the former Irish Centre, is a Regency building in Liverpool, England. Designed as assembly rooms, the building is situated on Mount Pleasant, close to Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral. The building has been closed since 1997 and is currently subject to emergency repair work to preserve it for future use.

The Philharmonic Dining Rooms is a public house at the corner of Hope Street and Hardman Street in Liverpool, Merseyside, England, and stands diagonally opposite the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall. It is commonly known as The Phil. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building.

Quarry (stylised as Q U A RR Y) is an independent music venue and bar in Liverpool, England, known for its progressive programming, community-led ethos, and support for city's underground and LGBTQI+ music scenes. Previously located in the Northern Docks area, it has operated since September 2025 on Hardman Street in the city centre, occupying the former premises of the Magnet and the Sink Club. Quarry was established in January 2020 in "response to a lack of musical diversity rising in Liverpool's music events after the closure of vital grassroots venues and clubs since 2010," including The Kazimier, MeloMelo, and Drop the Dumbulls. It has since become a well-regarded fixture in Liverpool's music scene and was named by Rough Trade as one of the best grassroots music venues in the United Kingdom. In 2023, noting the fragile position of such spaces, The Quietus described Quarry as providing "a haven for the unusual." The original Northern Docks site at 17 Love Lane closed in May 2025 following redevelopment of the surrounding area. Artists who performed there include Alison Cotton (ex-Saloon, ex-British Air Powers), Andrey Kiritchenko, APAtT, Big Joanie, Crywank, Forest Swords, God Colony, Hooton Tennis Club, Il Sogno del Marinaio, Islet, Kiran Leonard, Moscow Death Brigade, My Life Story, Kučka, Margaritas Podridas, R.A.P. Ferreira, Russell Haswell, SAVAK, Spare Snare, Stealing Sheep, STONE, Wombo, Zanias, and Zombina and the Skeletones.

The Aldham Robarts Library, (formerly the Aldham Robarts Learning Resource Centre (LRC)) is one of the two designated libraries belonging to Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) in Liverpool, England. It is located at Maryland Street and serves the Mount Pleasant Campus situated in Liverpool's Knowledge Quarter. Designed by architectural firm Austin-Smith:Lord and built in 1994, the Aldham Robarts Library has won numerous architectural awards. The four-storey, 5,324 m2 (57,310 sq ft) building contains 386 personal computers alongside countless books and online catalogues that cater mainly for the faculties of Business and Law and Media, Arts and Social Science. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex, which can be entered by scanning a relevant student ID card by the ground floor turnstiles. Other services available in the Library include research and learner support, enrolment, student finance, coursework submission, welfare and counselling and employability advice. The Aldham Robarts Library is open 24/7 during term time, albeit some services are restricted.It is a member of the Libraries Together: Liverpool Learning Partnership (evolved from Liverpool Libraries Group) which formed in 1990. Under which, a registered reader at any of the member libraries can have access rights to the other libraries within the partnership.

Liverpool Philharmonic Hall is a concert hall in Hope Street, in Liverpool, England. It is the home of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society and is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building. It is not the original concert hall on the present site; its predecessor was destroyed by fire in 1933 and the present hall was opened in 1939.

Hope Street Chapel was a Unitarian place of worship in Liverpool, England. It stood on Hope Street next to the Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool, about halfway between the Anglican and Catholic Cathedrals. The congregation had previously been based in Paradise Street and before that in Kaye Street. The church was opened in 1849, and demolished in 1962.

Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, officially known as the Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King and locally nicknamed "Paddy's Wigwam", is the seat of the Archbishop of Liverpool and the mother church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Liverpool in Liverpool, England. The Grade II* Metropolitan Cathedral is one of Liverpool's many listed buildings. The cathedral's architect, Frederick Gibberd, was the winner of a worldwide design competition. Construction began in 1962 and was completed in 1967. Earlier designs for a cathedral were proposed in 1933 and 1953, but none were completed.
