Tilstone Lodge

St Jude's Church is on Nantwich Road (the A51) in Tilstone Fearnall, in the civil parish of Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall, Cheshire, England. It is an active Anglican parish church in the deanery of Malpas, the archdeaconry of Chester, and the diocese of Chester. Its benefice is combined with that of St Boniface, Bunbury. The church is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II listed building. It stands opposite the end of the drive leading to Tilstone Lodge.

Tilstone Fearnall is a village and former civil parish, now in the parishes of Tiverton and Tilstone Fearnall, in the Cheshire West and Chester district and ceremonial county of Cheshire in England. In 2001 the parish had a population of 99, increasing to 150 at the 2011 census.

Brook Farm School was a state run 'special' boarding school in the village of Tarporley in the English county of Cheshire. It opened in 1975 and closed Aug. 31, 2001. The school catered for both residential and day pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties. The site stood empty for a while although there were plans to demolish it to make way for a new Primary school. From March 2006 - 2011 the school was leased to The Storehouse Church.In May 2013 the school was demolished to make way for a housing estate.

The Travellers Rest is a public house at Alpraham, near Tarporley, in Cheshire, England. It is on the Campaign for Real Ale's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors.It was built in about 1850 and extended in 1937, and the interwar interior remains largely unchanged.This pub has been in the same family since 1900. It has a bowling green which opened in 1921. It used to have a café (opened early 1950s, closed 1989) which catered for coach traffic, mainly in the summer. It was used by Barton Transport of Nottingham as the refreshment halt on their Nottingham to Llandudno express coach service.

St Thomas' Church is in Royal Lane, Eaton, Cheshire, England. It is an active Anglican parish church in the deanery of Malpas, the archdeaconry of Chester, and the diocese of Chester. Its benefice is united with those of St Helen, Tarporley, St John and Holy Cross, Cotebrook, and St Paul Utkinton. It is a small brick church built in 1896, with lancet windows, a west porch, and a timber bellcote. In 1936 the Lancaster architect Henry Paley of Austin and Paley refitted the church with a new marble floor to the sanctuary, reredos, pulpit, stalls, chancel screen, and with the creation of an organ chamber.

Eaton is a small village and former civil parish in the Cheshire West and Chester district, in the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England, about two miles from the town of Tarporley. It is now in the parish of Rushton. In 1931 the parish had a population of 353.The village contains the Jessie Hughes Village Hall, Eaton Primary School and the church of St Thomas.

Beeston Towers (later the Wild Boar Hotel) is a former country house near the village of Beeston, Cheshire, England. It stands on the A49 road some 1 mile (1.6 km) to the east of the village. It was built in 1886 for John Naylor, a timber merchant from Warrington. Extensive additions were made in the early part of the 20th century. The building, described by one source as "like a bad dream of Little Moreton Hall", is timber-framed, with additions in rendered brick. It is in three storeys, with a tower of four storeys. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II listed building. During the 20th century the building was converted into use as a school. Later it was developed as a restaurant, and in 1998 an accommodation block was added, making it into a hotel. The hotel closed in 2017 and, as of 2021, the building was unoccupied.

Beeston Castle and Tarporley railway station served the Cheshire villages of Tarporley, Tiverton and Beeston. It was originally a stop on the Crewe to Chester line of the Grand Junction Railway.

Portal is a country house standing to the northeast of the village of Tarporley, Cheshire, England. It was built in 1900–05. The architect was Walter E. Tower, nephew and partner of the stained glass designer and manufacturer C. E. Kempe. It is a timber-framed building in Domestic Revival (Black-and-white Revival) style. The house is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building. The architectural historian Nikolaus Pevsner says of it: "It is a tour de force in accurate but scaled-up imitation of timber-framed mansions".

St Boniface's Church stands prominently in the village of Bunbury, Cheshire, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade I listed building. The church dates mainly from the 14th century. Its features include the Ridley chapel, the alabaster chest tomb of Sir Hugh Calveley and the tomb of Sir George Beeston. Raymond Richards, author of Old Cheshire Churches, considers it is architecturally one of the most important examples of its period in Cheshire. Alec Clifton-Taylor includes it in his list of 'best' English parish churches, and Simon Jenkins assigns it two stars in his book England's Thousand Best Churches. It is an active Anglican parish church in the diocese of Chester, the archdeaconry of Chester and the deanery of Malpas. Its benefice is combined with that of St Jude, Tilstone Fearnall.
