The Ypsilanti Transit Center (YTC) is the main bus station in Ypsilanti, Michigan, serving as a hub for Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (TheRide) bus services. It serves approximately 101,000 bus arrivals and departures per year, providing the primary service hub for the 8.8% of Ypsilanti residents who commute by transit.

A statue of Harriet Tubman created by artist Jane DeDecker honors the life of abolitionist Harriet Tubman. The bronze statue depicts Tubman walking and holding the hand of a young boy. There are several installations of identical copies of the statue, in Ypsilanti, Michigan, in Little Rock, Arkansas, in Gainesville, Georgia, and in Mesa, Arizona.

The Martha Washington Theatre is a former movie theater in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The Martha Washington was built and initially operated by Florence W. Signor of Ypsilanti, the only woman theatre operator in Michigan at the time. Signor sold the Martha Washington to W. S. Butterfield Theatres of Detroit in 1925, which operated it as a first-run cinema until the 1970s.After Butterfield, the theatre became the Art 1&2 adult theater, which was later converted to the Déjà Vu Showgirls club. Déjà Vu closed in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the building was damaged by a fire in July 2020.

The Ladies' Literary Club Building, also known as the William M. Davis House or the Arden H. Ballard House, was built as a private home, and is currently used as the meeting place for the Ladies' Literary Club. It is located at 218 North Washington Street Ypsilanti, Michigan. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1965 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.

Pease Auditorium is a music venue on the campus of Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Built in 1914, Pease auditorium is the 4th oldest standing building on Eastern Michigan University's campus. The auditorium was constructed in 1914 for $243,963. For the time, that was a considerable amount of money. Today Pease is home to the university's music performances and as well as some performing arts productions. With a seating capacity of 1,700, Pease is a prime spot for many events held by the community.

The Michigan Firehouse Museum and Education Center is a fire museum dedicated to the history of firefighting in the U.S. state of Michigan. It is located at 110 West Cross Street in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

The Brinkerhoff–Becker House, also known as the Becker–Stachlewitz House, was built as a private home, and is located at 601 West Forest Avenue Ypsilanti, Michigan. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1977 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Haab's Restaurant was located in downtown Ypsilanti, Michigan, at 18 West Michigan Avenue. The restaurant had a bar area with an 30-foot-long (9.1 m) African mahagony bar and overhead ceiling fans, and two dining rooms. The decor was 19th-century with a pressed tin ceiling and features Tiffany lamps and heirlooms from the Haab family. It had seating for 130. The menu entrées were mainly steaks, chops, fried chicken and seafood, with the London broil being the most popular menu item. The front entrance displayed an article in Monthly Detroit about Detroit area steakhouses in which the author named Haab's as his favorite

Starkweather Hall, also known as Starkweather Religious Center, is a religious and educational building located at 901 West Forest Avenue in Ypsilanti, Michigan, on the campus of Eastern Michigan University. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1972 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. It is also part of the Eastern Michigan University Historic District (listed on the Register in 1984) and is the oldest building on EMU's campus.

The Ypsilanti Historic District is a historic district located along several blocks on each side of the Huron River in the center of Ypsilanti, Michigan. The original portion of the district was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1973 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978; additions to the district were nationally listed in 1989.

The Ypsilanti Water Tower is a historic water tower in Ypsilanti, Michigan, United States. The tower was designed by William R. Coats and built as part of an elaborate city waterworks project that began in 1889. Located on the highest point in Ypsilanti, the tower was built in 1890 at a cost of $21,435.63 (equivalent to $640,356 in 2022). Today the tower is frequently joked about for its phallic shape. It has become a well-known landmark in Ypsilanti, and due to the building's shape and location, the tower is frequently used by residents as a point for providing directions for visitors and residents.

Eastern Michigan University Historic District is a historic district on the very south end of the Eastern Michigan University campus. Eastern Michigan University is a comprehensive, co-educational public university located in Ypsilanti, Michigan in Washtenaw County. The university was founded in 1849 as Michigan State Normal School. Several buildings since its founding have achieved historical significance and eventually establishing it on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. The district was established in 1984.
