Hope Square

Brewers Quay is a converted Victorian brewery on the south side of Hope Square near the Old Harbour in Weymouth, Dorset, southern England. Much of the complex dates from 1903–04, when it was built as the Hope Brewery for John Groves & Sons Ltd. It was later taken over by Devenish Brewery in 1960 and opened in 1990 as an indoor shopping complex with around twenty specialty shops together with heritage and science exhibits, until it closed in 2010. From 2013-17, the building housed an antiques emporium. It currently awaits redevelopment. Brewers Quay has been a Grade II listed building since 1974. The building is located at Hope Square, which holds a range of cafes, bars, bistros, while close by is the Tudor House Museum, and facing out to sea is Nothe Fort and its gardens.

The Timewalk was an exhibition and visitor attraction located in Brewers Quay, Weymouth, Dorset. It opened in 1990 and closed in 2010. One of Weymouth's most popular attractions, Timewalk took visitors on a journey covering the town's history and maritime connections from the 14th century onwards. It was told by the brewery cat, Miss Paws, and her eight feline ancestors. The attraction aimed to "recreate the sights, sounds and smells, of six hundred years of maritime history".After being introduced to Miss Paws, visitors were taken around a series of nineteen dioramas depicting various historic scenes, including the Black Death pandemic, the Spanish Armada's attempted invasion, the English Civil War, the use of Portland stone by Sir Christopher Wren for the rebuilding of London after the Great Fire of 1666, Weymouth's Royal Patronage by King George III, local smuggling and Weymouth's important tourism trade following its railway link opened in 1857. The final part of the attraction was Brewery Days, which covered the history of brewing in Hope Square from 1821. It featured the characters Mr Malt, Mr Hops and Mr Yeast which were known as the Brewery Bunch. Adults were able to taste some real ale in the Drum and Dancer Tasting Bar.

Weymouth Museum is a museum in Weymouth, Dorset, England. Its permanent home is in Brewers Quay on the south side of Hope Square near Weymouth Harbour. However, due to redevelopment of the building, it is currently operating from a pop-up shop at 40b St Thomas Street in Weymouth.

The Tudor House Museum, often simply known as Tudor House, is an early 17th-century building, which remains a museum and one of the UK's best preserved Tudor buildings. It is in Weymouth, Dorset, close to Brewers Quay and Weymouth Harbour. The house has been a Grade II Listed building since December 1953.

Hope United Reformed Church (originally known as Hope Congregational Chapel) is a United Reformed Church in Weymouth, Dorset, England. It was built in 1861–62 (on the site of an earlier chapel of 1822) and has been a Grade II listed building since 1974.

Wellington Court (formerly Red Barracks) is a former barracks overlooking Weymouth Harbour in Weymouth, Dorset, England. It has been converted to housing and apartments. The original building is Grade II listed.

The Custom House is a former custom house at Weymouth, Dorset, England, operated by HM Customs to handle the trade of Weymouth Harbour. The building, which has origins to the late 18th century, has been Grade II listed since 1970.

Nothe Parade is a waterfront street on the south side of Weymouth Harbour in the seaside town of Weymouth, Dorset, southern England. The waterfront dates from the 17th-century, but most of the cottages in Nothe Parade date from the 19th century. Nothe Parade was formerly known as Nothe Walk before it was developed.The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) Weymouth Lifeboat Station is located here, one of the RNLI's busiest lifeboat stations. The Weymouth Sailing Club and the Weymouth Rowing Club, established in 2000, also operate from here. Above Nothe Parade are Wellington Court, a former barracks built in 1801, and the adjoining Weymouth Peace Garden. Further along to the east is are Nothe Gardens with Nothe Fort at the end of the promontory. Brewers Quay in Hope Square is a converted Victorian brewery near Nothe Parade, formerly the Devenish Brewery. Also nearby is the Tudor House Museum, which used to front onto the harbour before the land in front of it was reclaimed. Opposite across the harbour is the Weymouth Pavilion, opened in 1908.Nothe Parade is in a conservation area and is mentioned extensively in the Weymouth Town Centre Conservation Area Character Appraisal. Weymouth Lifeboat Station is the base for Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) search and rescue operations at Weymouth in Dorset, England. The first lifeboat was stationed in the town in 1869. Since 2002 it has operated a Severn-class all-weather lifeboat (ALB) and an Atlantic 75 inshore lifeboat (ILB).

Maiden Street Methodist Church is a former Methodist church in Weymouth, Dorset, England. It was built in 1866–67 to the designs of Foster and Wood of Bristol. The church was the victim of fire in 2002 and was subsequently replaced by the Weymouth Bay Methodist Church which opened in 2009. The church, which is a Grade II* listed building, remains a ruin and awaits redevelopment.

Weymouth Peace Garden is garden dedicated to peace in the seaside town of Weymouth in Dorset, southern England.The Peace Garden is a multifaith community garden. It located to the south of Weymouth Harbour, close to Nothe Gardens and Nothe Fort. Immediately adjacent to the garden is Wellington Court, formerly Red Barracks. The garden was opened on 24 April 2010 on the site of a former Quaker burial ground.

Weymouth Baptist Church is a Baptist Church in Weymouth, Dorset, England. It was built in 1813-14 by George Welsford as part of the terrace known as Bank Buildings, found at the southern end of Weymouth Esplanade. The church has been Grade II Listed since 1953, with the attached schoolroom being added to the listing in 1974.
