The Danish Arts Foundation (Danish: Statens Kunstfond) is the principal Danish government funded arts foundation founded by a special Law on 27 May 1964.Statens Kunstfond alongside the da:Statens Kunstråd (English sometimes State Arts Council now Danish Agency for Culture) allocates funds provided by the Ministry of Culture (da:Kulturministeriet). It is overseen and administered by the da:Kulturstyrelsen (Danish Cultural Authority) which is an administrative unit of the Ministry of Culture. Danish literature is supported both by the Statens Kunstfond and a larger amount directly by the Ministry of Culture.In 2014 the Danish Arts Council and the Danish Arts Foundation merged to form one new body, to be known as the Danish Arts Foundation.

The Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces (Danish: Slots- og Kulturstyrelsen) is an agency under the aegis of the Danish Ministry of Culture. The agency carries out the cultural policies of the Danish government within the visual and performing arts, music, literature, museums, historical and cultural heritage, broadcasting, libraries and all types of printed and electronic media. It works internationally in all fields, and increased internationalisation of Danish arts and cultural life is a top priority. The Danish Agency for Culture was founded on 1 January 2002 when the Danish Heritage Agency, the Danish Arts Agency and the Danish Agency for Libraries and Media merged. The Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces was founded on 1 January 2016 by a fusion of the Danish Agency for Culture and the Danish agency Styrelsen for Slotte & Kulturejendomme.

Jarmers Plads is a road junction and public space in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It takes its name after Jarmers Tower, the ruin of a Medieval tower which used to be part of the Fortification Ring which surrounded the city until the mid 19th century.

Copenhagen Waterworks (Danish: Københavns Vandværk) opened in 1859 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Located in Studiestræde, between Axeltorv and H. C. Andersens Boulevard, it was Denmark's first waterworks and continued operations until 1951. The complex was designated an Industrial Heritage Site in 2007 and listed in 2010. The former engine house is now home to concert venue Pumpehuset. The other buildings house a daycare.

The Danish Association of Pharmaconomists (Danish: Farmakonomforeningen) is the trade union that represents pharmaconomists (experts in pharmaceuticals) and pharmaconomist students in Denmark (including Greenland and Faroe Islands). The Danish Association of Pharmaconomists has about 5,350 members (i.e. 98% of all Danish pharmaconomists). Christina Durinck has been president of the trade union has since 2014. Sanne Hee Johansen has been vice president since November 2016. The Danish Association of Pharmaconomists cooperates with Pharmakon—Danish College of Pharmacy Practice and the Association of Danish Pharmacies and is affiliated with the FTF – Confederation of Professionals in Denmark. The association publishes the magazine The Pharmaconomist 10 times a year. The 5,343 members of the Danish Association of Pharmaconomists are spread within the following areas: 53 % — in community pharmacies and in the Association of Danish Pharmacies. 8 % — in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, in medical or clinical laboratories and at Pharmakon—Danish College of Pharmacy Practice. 14 % — at hospitals, hospital pharmacies, the University of Copenhagen's Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, in the Danish Ministry of Interior and Health and at the Danish Medicines Agency. 9 % — pharmaconomist students (pharmaconomy students). 16 % — passive memberships.

The Karel van Mander House /Danish: Karel van Manders Gård) is a historic building located at the central shopping street Strøget (Østergade) in Copenhagen, Denmark. It takes its name after the artist Karel van Mander III (1609-1670) who was a resident for a few years. It later played host to the gentlemen's club Kongens Klub from 1776 to circa 1850.A Hugo Boss flagship store now occupies the ground floor.
