Fresno City College

State Center Community College District (SCCCD) is a California Community Colleges System district in Central California, including Fresno City College in Fresno, Reedley College in Reedley, and Clovis Community College in north Fresno, and Madera Community College in Madera. Madera College also maintains a satellite campus, the Oakhurst Community College Center in Oakhurst. Clovis Community College was formerly the North Center of Reedley College, known as the Willow International Center. Madera Community College was formerly a center of Reedley College.

Fresno High School is a four-year secondary school located in Fresno, California. It is part of the Fresno Unified School District. Fresno High is the oldest high school in the Fresno metropolitan area and one of the few International Baccalaureate schools. As of 2023, Amy Smith is the 30th and current principal of Fresno High. Fresno High was founded in 1889 as the first secondary school in Fresno county.

Ratcliffe Stadium is a collegiate athletic venue in the western United States, located on the campus of Fresno City College in Fresno, California. Opened 98 years ago in 1926, it was renamed in 1941 after their first football coach, Emory Ratcliffe. The stadium hosted the Raisin Bowl (1946–1949) and was home to the Fresno State Bulldogs football team through 1979; they moved to their on-campus Bulldog Stadium in 1980. Ratcliffe also hosted the West Coast Relays, a major track and field competition. Today, local high school football games and various track and field events are still held there. The stadium has a seating capacity of 13,000, and it is located at 1101 E. University Avenue, along Blackstone Avenue. The football field has a conventional north-south alignment, at an elevation of 300 feet (90 m) above sea level.

The Tower Theatre for the Performing Arts is a historic Streamline Moderne mixed-use theater in Fresno, California. Built in 1939, it opened to the public on December 15, 1939, under the management of Fox West Coast Theater Corporation. The building was designed by S. Charles Lee, with its tower inspired by the "Star Pylon" at the 1939 New York World's Fair. The theater underwent a renovation and reopened as a performing arts center in 1990, after being closed as a repertory cinema in 1989 due to financial troubles.

Twining Laboratories, at 2527 Fresno St. in Fresno, California, was built in 1930. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.It was designed in Mediterranean Revival style by architect Charles E. Butner and built by contractors Fisher & McNulty to serve as a chemical testing lab.It was modified by additions in 1935, 1942, and 1943.

San Joaquin Memorial High School is a private Roman Catholic high school in Fresno, California, United States. Founded in 1945, it is the only Catholic high school in the greater Fresno area. It is in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fresno and has a current enrollment of about 620 students.

Westlands Water District is a water district in central California, a local-government entity formed in 1952, that holds long-term contracts for water supplied by the Central Valley Project and the California State Water Project. It is the largest agricultural water district in the United States by irrigable acres and provides water primarily to farms in an area of approximately 614,000 acres (2,400 km²) in Fresno County and Kings County in the San Joaquin Valley of central California. Its headquarters are in Fresno.

Manchester GATE is an elementary school in Fresno, California. It has won many awards including one in Redbook. The new principal is Janet Gengozian and the new vice principal is Mr. Daryn Sassano. G.A.T.E. is an acronym for Gifted And Talented Education. Manchester GATE serves grades 2–6. With a student-teacher ratio of 26:1, Manchester GATE had an enrollment of 739 students in 2007.In 2007, Manchester GATE received the National No Child Left Behind Title I Distinguished Schools Recognition Award. It was only one of two schools in California to receive this award for that school year.In 2012, Manchester GATE achieved an Academic Performance Index Score of 998, which tied three other public elementary schools for the highest elementary school scores in California.

The Einstein House in Fresno, California, at 1600 M St., was designed by architect Edward T. Foulkes and was built in 1912. It was the home of the banker and merchant Louis Einstein.It has also been known as Y.W.C.A. Activity Unit.
