Siena Heights University

St. Joseph Academy, previously St. Joseph's College and Academy, was a Catholic girls' school in Adrian, Michigan, operating from 1896 to 2012. Established by Catholic nuns in a building that had previously operated as a hospital, the school operated as a high school and elementary school for most of its existence; the high school component closed in 1975.

WBZV (1490 AM, "NewsTalk 1490") is a commercial AM radio station broadcasting a talk radio format. Licensed to Adrian, Michigan, it is owned by Bud Walters, with the license held by Southeast Michigan Media, Inc. The radio studios and offices are on West Maumee Avenue in Adrian, shared with sister station 95.3 WQTE "Q-95 Country." WABJ's power is 1,000 watts non-directional. The transmitter is on East Siena Heights Drive in Adrian, near Race Track Road and the Lenawee County Fairgrounds.

The Civil War Memorial is a marble monument situated in the center of Memorial Park in Adrian, Michigan. The monument was designated as a Michigan Historic Site on August 13, 1971 and later added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 29, 1972. It was unveiled on July 4, 1870 to commemorate soldiers from Adrian who died in the American Civil War (1861–1865).

Saint John's Lutheran Church is an active church building located at 121 South Locust Street in the city of Adrian in Lenawee County, Michigan. It was designated as a Michigan State Historic State on February 23, 1981 and shortly after listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 27, 1984. The Lutheran congregation moved to a new home in 2007, and the church building now houses the Reformed Baptist Church of Lenawee.

The Governor Charles Croswell House is a building located at 228 North Broad Street in the city of Adrian in Lenawee County, Michigan, United States. It was designated as a Michigan State Historic Site on February 19, 1958 and later listed on the National Register of Historic Places on March 16, 1972. It is located very close to but is not part of the Downtown Adrian Commercial Historic District.

The Lenawee County Courthouse is a county courthouse located at 309 North Main Street (M-52) in the city of Adrian in central Lenawee County, Michigan. It was designated as a Michigan Historic Site on November 14, 1974, and later added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 28, 1991. The Lenawee County Courthouse is located at the corner of M-52 (known locally at this point as North Main Street) and West Front Street. West Front Street also carries the M-52 signage as it turns to form the northern edge of the U.S. Route 223 business loop around the Downtown Adrian Commercial Historic District.

Gus Harrison Correctional Facility (ARF) is a Michigan prison, in Adrian, for adult male prisoners.

Saint Mary of Good Counsel Catholic Church is an active church building located at 305 Division Street in the city of Adrian in Lenawee County, Michigan. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on February 24, 1983. It is also designated as a Michigan State Historic Site.

The Croswell Opera House is a historic theater located at 129 East Maumee Street in Adrian, Michigan. It is recognized as the oldest theater in the state and among the oldest continuously operating theaters in the United States. The theater was designated as a Michigan Historic Site on March 2, 1976 and later added to the National Register of Historic Places as the Adrian Union Hall-Croswell Opera House on April 18, 1985.

The Downtown Adrian Commercial Historic District is a historic district comprising the downtown area of Adrian, Michigan. It was designated as a Michigan Historic Site and added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 17, 1986. The district is roughly bounded on the north by Toledo Street, on the east by North Broad Street, on the south by East Church Street, and on the west by North Winter Street (M-52), West Maumee Street, and the River Raisin. Most of the district is enclosed by the US-223 Business Route, although the two are not conterminous.

Blue Human Condition, also known as The Orgy Statue, is an outdoor sculpture by Mark Chatterley, located in Adrian, Michigan, in the United States. The city-approved sculpture was revealed in April 2014 near Adrian City Hall. Immediately following its unveiling, residents expressed concern over the sculpture. It was relocated to a less visible area of a park.

The Adrian Engine House No. 1 is a historic fire station located at 126 East Church Street in downtown Adrian, Michigan. It was designated as a Michigan Historic Site and listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 21, 1989. It is located within the Downtown Adrian Commercial Historic District and next to the Lenawee County Historical Museum.
