Utah County Academy of Sciences

Roots of Knowledge is a permanent stained glass display completed in 2016 at Utah Valley University (UVU) in Orem, Utah, United States. The creation of the exhibit was designed and overseen by stained glass artists Tom Holdman and Cameron Oscarson. It took over 12 years and cost US$4.5 million to complete.

The Stephen and Mary Bunnell House was at 970 S. 800 West, on the Utah Valley University campus, Orem, Utah was built in 1892. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996, and was delisted in 2023.It was the farmhouse of a 60-acre (24 ha) farm with an orchard; it is now within the college campus.In 2012 it was torn down to make way for a new building on campus, with plans to rebuild a smaller replica. The replica, also on campus, had been finished by 2015. Before it was torn down, Paul Cheney and the university's Digital Media Department created a virtual tour of the building. The UCCU Center (originally known as the McKay Events Center), is a multi-purpose arena on the campus of Utah Valley University in southwest Orem, Utah, United States. It was built in 1996 and is home to the Utah Valley Wolverines basketball team. It is also the former home of the Utah Jazz's now defunct NBA Development League affiliate team, the Utah Flash, the Utah Valley Thunder of the American Indoor Football Association and the Utah Catzz of the Professional Indoor Football League.

DoTerra Field at UCCU Ballpark (formerly known as Brent Brown Ballpark), is a baseball park in the western United States, on the campus of Utah Valley University (UVU) in southwestern Orem, Utah. It is the home field of the Utah Valley Wolverines of the NCAA Division I Western Athletic Conference (WAC).

Orem Central station is an intermodal transportation station in Orem, Utah. It is served by the Utah Transit Authority's (UTA) FrontRunner train, which operates along the Wasatch Front with service from Ogden to Provo. Local bus lines and the Utah Valley Express also service the station. The station is also referred to as Orem Intermodal Center, Orem Central Station, or Orem CRST by UTA. It is part of the FrontRunner South extension.

The Orem Utah Temple is a temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) awaiting dedication in Orem, Utah. The intent to build the temple was announced on October 5, 2019, by church president Russell M. Nelson, during the church's general conference. The temple will be the first in the city of Orem, the sixth in Utah County, and the 28th in the state of Utah.On December 11, 2019, it was announced the temple would be built on a 15.39-acre site owned by the church. The site is south of Interstate 15's University Parkway exit on Geneva Road, near the Orem UTA Frontrunner station. A three-story, 70,000 sq ft (6,500 m2) building was planned, the church also constructed a 20,000 square feet (1,900 m2) meetinghouse on the same property. When the Orem temple was completed, it made Utah County home to the most temples of any county in the state.

Mountain View High School (MVHS) is located in Orem, Utah, United States. It is part of Utah County's Alpine School District. The school first opened its doors to the graduating class of 1980–81. Every year students from Orem Junior High and Lakeridge Junior High enter MVHS. Like other schools in Utah, it has been accredited by the Utah State Office of Education.

The Utah College of Dental Hygiene (UCDH), a division of Careers Unlimited, is a private, for-profit educational institution in Orem, Utah, United States that specializes in dental hygiene education. The school is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The dental hygiene program at Careers Unlimited was established in 2005 and was the first private dental hygiene program established in the state of Utah. UCDH offers one specialized accelerated program: the 20 month Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene (BSDH).

The Lars and Agnes Jensen House at 87 North 800 West in Orem, Utah was built in 1885 from hewn logs. It is probably the only remaining log house in Orem.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

The Alfred and Rosy Skinner House at 232 W. 800 S. in Orem, Utah was built in 1905. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998, and was delisted in 2023.It was a work of stonemason/builder John J. Hill.
