GEMS (Graded English Medium School) is a private school, established in 1984 AD in Lalitpur, Nepal, 1.5 kilometers from Satdobato point on the Ring road, running classes from grades 1 to 10. Owing to its long history of teaching experience, the school has long been regarded as one of the best in the country.

ANFA Complex is a football stadium and training facility and hosts the headquarters of All Nepal Football Association in Lalitpur, Nepal built in 1999 by All Nepal Football Association. It consists of ANFA House (the current HQ of ANFA), an ANFA Academy a hostel, and a football ground. Initially built as an office and hostel for youth-level players, a ground was constructed alongside the facility in order to train the players on site. The ground was then later renovated to include artificial turf for pitch durability due to Nepal's climate requiring constant pitch maintenance. It was built under FIFA's GOAL Project. In 2015, parapets was then constructed and the ground was inaugurated as a national stadium in time for the 2015 SAFF U-19 Championship.

Dhapakhel is a town in Lalitpur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 4591 in 857 individual households. At the eastern part of Dhapakhel the Kantipur Engineering College is located. Nagdaha, GEMS school, ICIMOD, Sumeru Hospital are situated in Dhapakhel.

Asmita English Secondary School is a private school situated in Karyabinayak municipality-2, Bhaisepati, Lalitpur, Nepal. It was established in 1996 AD by the co-operation of Minraj Dulal and Mitha Ram. The current principal of A.E.S is Mr. Dipak Dulal.

Nepal Open University (Nepali: नेपाल खुला विश्वविद्यालय) is a distance learning public university in Nepal. It was established in 2016 through an act of Parliament. The degrees awarded by the university are treated as equivalent to degrees awarded by any other Nepali University under the purview of the University Grants Commission.

The United Nations Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Asia and the Pacific (UNRCPD) is a regional office of the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs located in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is dedicated to supporting member states in the Asia-Pacific region on issues of disarmament, arms control, non-proliferation, and related capacity-building efforts. It assists countries in promoting peace and security by focusing on regional and sub-regional cooperation.
