Bungamati

Karya Binayak (कार्यविनायक मन्दिर) is a Hindu temple located in Bungamati, Lalitpur District at about 10 kilometres south of Kathmandu.

Thecho is located about 6 km (3.7 mi) south of the main Lalitpur town in Lalitpur district, Godawari Municipality. According to 2011 Nepal census, Thecho has a population of 10,086 living in 2,352 individual households. The offshoot road near the Satdobato segment of the Ring Road leads to Thecho. This roads ultimately leads to Lele and is referred to as Satdobato-Tika Bhairab Road. This road is also called a "Laxmi Prasad Highway" which leads to Hetauda. Thecho has its own unique culture and festivals which include the balkumari jatra,bramayani jatra,nawadurga jatra and sindur jatra locally known as Sinha jatra

Chapagaun वादे (Nepal Bhasa) is a village development committee in Godawari Municipality in Lalitpur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 9,600 in 1,643 individual households.

Jharuwarashi is a village development committee in Lalitpur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. According to 2001 Nepal census, it had a population of 3185 living in 586 individual households. The village is located some 8 kilometers away from Patan, Nepal and 12 kilometers away from the capital city, Kathmandu. Santaneshwor Mahadev temple is one of the popular religious destinations for Hindu devotees. There is a large horde of devotees in the month of January and February to worship God Shiva.

Khokana is a former Village Development Committee (VDC) which has been merged with the neighbouring VDC's of Bungamati, Chhampi, Dukuchhap, Sainbu and other 38 VDC's to form the Metropolitan City of Lalitpur in Lalitpur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census, Khokana had a population of 4258 living in 699 individual households. According to 2011 Nepal census, Khokana had a population of 4927 living in 1056 individual households.Khokana, a traditional and small Newari village about 8 kilometers south of Kathmandu (on the outskirts of Patan). Khokana is mainly known for the production of rich mustard oil since ancient time. It was also the first town in Nepal to be lit with electricity in 1911 AD during the reign of Rana Prime Minister Chandra Shamsher. Khokana has been nominated to be listed as a Unesco World Heritage, representing a vernacular village and its mustard-oil seed industrial heritage.

Chhampi is a village development committee in Lalitpur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census, it had a population of 5,162 people living in 928 individual households.

Sunaguthi is a small town located about 4 km (2.5 mi) south of the main Lalitpur city in Lalitpur District. According to 2011 Nepal census, Sunaguthi has a population of 10,092 living in 2397 individual households. Most of the people living in Sunaguthi are Newar. The offshoot road near the Satdobato segment of the Ring Road leads to Sunaguthi. This road ultimately leads to Lele and is referred to as Laxmi Prasad Devkota Marga (Satdobato - Tika Bahirab).Thecho is situated on the southern part of Sunaguthi, Bungamati and Bhaisipati on west, Dhapakhel on east and Khumaltar and Nakhipot on North.

Dukuchhap is a village development committee in Lalitpur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 3501 .

Sainbu is a village development committee in Lalitpur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 4612 living in 874 individual households.

Dhapakhel is a town in Lalitpur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 4591 in 857 individual households. At the eastern part of Dhapakhel the Kantipur Engineering College is located. Nagdaha, GEMS school, ICIMOD, Sumeru Hospital are situated in Dhapakhel.

Sheshnarayan is a village and former Village Development Committee that is now part of Dakshinkali Municipality in Kathmandu District in Province No. 3 of central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 2,867 and had 521 households in it. It is home to the Sheshnarayan Temple.

The Sheshnarayan Temple is an ancient Hindu temple complex in Sheshnarayan Village Development Committee (VDC). The site is near the ancient town of Pharping, which lies approximately 20 kilometers south-west of Kathmandu, Nepal.
