B & B Hospital

ANFA Complex is a football stadium and training facility and hosts the headquarters of All Nepal Football Association in Lalitpur, Nepal built in 1999 by All Nepal Football Association. It consists of ANFA House (the current HQ of ANFA), an ANFA Academy a hostel, and a football ground. Initially built as an office and hostel for youth-level players, a ground was constructed alongside the facility in order to train the players on site. The ground was then later renovated to include artificial turf for pitch durability due to Nepal's climate requiring constant pitch maintenance. It was built under FIFA's GOAL Project. In 2015, parapets was then constructed and the ground was inaugurated as a national stadium in time for the 2015 SAFF U-19 Championship.

The Universal Engineering & Science College (UESC) is a private engineering college located in Chakupat in the Lalitpur District of Nepal. Established in 2000, UESC is affiliated with Pokhara University. The college offers various undergraduate and postgraduate programs, emphasizing practical and research-based engineering education. Its mission is to contribute to the development of society by producing highly skilled engineers equipped with modern technological knowledge.

Balkumari Temple (Nepali: बालकुमारी मन्दिर) is located in Lalitpur District in Nepal. The origin of temple is controversial, but is supposed to have been built between 7 and 17th century. There is a pond near the temple which has been filled with silt and is under restoration. Balkumari maa (Goddess) is one of the form of Astamatrikas. The original idol of Balkumari was stolen twice in history, once the idol was put inside an aeroplane in TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport) but due to some reason the aircraft could not take off and the idol was found and brought back with huge celebration and put inside the Balkumari Temple in Tyagal, Lalitpur. The original idol is worshiped and carried upon the small chariot (Khat) during Swosthani Katha Sapati and Paaha chare (Ghode Jatra) and jatra tour in some areas of Patan. The tour is arranged by 8 people group (Guthi) residents of Pilachhen. The duplicate copy is handled by Deula community in Tyagal, which is on display every Saturday in Balkumari Mandir Temple. The temple is a starting point of Pyakhaa Jatra which ends after 3 days in Sunakothi. The festival occurs after about a month from Holi.

The Tusha Hiti, also known as Royal Bath, is a sunken bath used by the Malla royal family in Nepal. It is at the courtyard of Sundari Chowk, Patan Durbar Square, Lalitpur. King Siddhinarasimha Malla is credited with building the bath in the 17th century. The wall features idols of Ashta Matrikas, eight Bhariavs and Nagas, and the gilt copper spout features idols of Vishnu and Laxmi residing on Garuda. The Tusha Hiti is shaped like a yoni and can be accessed via its main entrance from the western façade.

The Patan Museum(Nepali: पाटन संग्रहालय) is a museum located in Patan, Lalitpur, Nepal. The museum falls under the UNESCO's World Heritage Sites. The Patan Museum was inaugurated in 1997 by Late King Birendra Bir Bikram Shah. The Patan Museum displays the traditional sacred arts of Nepal in an illustrious architectural setting. Its home is an old residential court of Patan Durbar, one of the royal palaces of former Malla Kings of the Kathmandu Valley. The royal palace was built in 1734, on the site of a Buddhist monastery. The museum quadrangle is known as Keshav Narayan Chowk.

The United Nations Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Asia and the Pacific (UNRCPD) is a regional office of the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs located in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is dedicated to supporting member states in the Asia-Pacific region on issues of disarmament, arms control, non-proliferation, and related capacity-building efforts. It assists countries in promoting peace and security by focusing on regional and sub-regional cooperation.

Patan Durbar Square(Nepal Bhasa:𑐫𑐮 𑐮𑐵𑐫𑐎𑐹/यल लायकु, Nepali: पाटन दरवार) is situated at the centre of the city of Lalitpur in Nepal. It is one of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. One of its attractions is the medieval royal palace where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur resided. The Durbar Square is a marvel of Newar architecture. The square floor is tiled with red bricks. There are many temples and statues in the area. The main temples are aligned opposite of the western face of the palace. The entrance of the temples faces east, towards the palace. There is also a bell situated in the alignment beside the main temples. The Square also holds old Newari residential houses. There are other temples and structures in and around Patan Durbar Square built by the Newa People. A center of both Hinduism and Buddhism, Patan Durbar Square has 136 "bahals" (courtyards) and 55 major temples. The square was heavily damaged by the earthquake in April 2015.

Krishna Mandir is a 17th-century Shikhara-style temple built by King Siddhi Narsing Malla. It is located at the Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was damaged by the Nepal earthquake of April 2015, and was later restored in 2018.

Patan Hospital is a teaching hospital for the Patan Academy of Health Sciences. Patan Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in Nepal. It uses modern equipment and facilities to provide treatment for almost 320,000 outpatients and 20,000 inpatients every year. Patan Hospital staff conduct more than 10,000 operations annually. The hospital has been operating with an annual revenue of around US$3.5 million. It serves people from every district of Nepal, from the remote villages as well as from the Kathmandu valley. Patan Hospital has 320 beds, which has increased to 450, after the completion of its maternity ward building construction.

Hiraṇyavarṇa Mahāvihāra (Nepali: हिरण्यवर्ण महाविहार), also Kwa Baha: (Nepali: क्वबहा:) informally called The Golden Temple with literal meaning "Gold-colored Great Monastery", is a historical vihara (Buddhist monastery) situated in Patan, Nepal.

The Kumbheshwar temple complex is one of the oldest and busiest religious place of the old Patan town lying on its northern part. The major deities whose temple or shrine lies within the complex includes Kumbheshwor Mahadev, Bangalamukhi, Unmanta Bhairava, Gaurikunda, Harati, Manakamana, Kedarnath, Badrinath. The complex houses a natural spring which fills the adjoining ponds, the source of which is said to be Gosaikunda Lake in Rasuwa District. It is therefore believed that taking a dip in the pond during the festival of Janai Purnima (जनै पुर्णिमा) is equivalent to doing the same in Gosainkunda.

Kumbheshwar Temple (Nepali: कुम्भेश्वर मन्दिर) is one of the oldest Hindu temples, situated 200m from the northern part of Patan Durbar Square. It was built in the 14th century (around 1392) by King Jayasthiti Malla that makes it the oldest temple in Patan. It is one of the two free-standing five-storied temples, the other being the famous Nyatapola temple of Bhaktapur. The temple is noted for its graceful proportions and fine woodcarvings and is dedicated to Shiva, as indicated by the large Nandi, or bull, facing the temple.
